CareerCurve was founded in 2004 by a team of senior executives from the Human Capital Consulting Industry who recognized significant changes were permanently impacting many factors related to Career Transition. Extensive research to update the needs and interests of both sponsor organizations, and all levels of candidates in transition, clearly identified the practicality for an entirely new model.
