I have been with CareerCurve for over 2 years and have loved every minute of it! I was not very familiar with outplacement as an industry, but by starting in an operational role as well as handling the recruiting, I have had the opportunity to learn all the areas of what we do. I am lucky enough to have developed relationships with our coaches while also seeing firsthand both the trials and tribulations of our candidates. I cannot express how much value these services provide and it feels great to work for an organization that genuinely cares about helping people who have been downsized or laid off! It is refreshing, especially in the current economy, where it is easy to get caught up in fear and uncertainty. It is important to me to feel I am doing something worthwhile and so selfishly, my need to “help” people is being fulfilled.
On a more personal note, I am a wife and mother of two. I am an avid reader, and I love to learn and be challenged. I am very outgoing and I love to meet new people. I am so excited to have the opportunity to write this blog and interact with my readers!
