Individual Career Transition & Outplacement
Our personalized approach helps employees successfully transition into new positions. We help them assess their strengths, position themselves in the marketplace and in developing a personal marketing plan and job search marketing documents — They also have access to CareerCurve’s On-line Job Search Resource.
Executive Career Transition & Outplacement
CEOs, CFOs and other senior and director level executives are offered a full complement of services to help make work/life transitions gracefully and effectively. Executives are supported by a senior level coach who will work personally with them to provide strategic, hands-on coaching and administrative and research support, including help with launching a private business, providing entrepreneurial advice, planning for retirement and more. Executive candidates are offered membership to ExecuNet, a private membership organization dedicated to helping executives shift their careers and move their professional lives forward.
Group Career Transition & Outplacement
Our one or two-day group workshops offer the basic tools needed to conduct a proactive, successful job search. They may also include one-on-one follow-up sessions.
This program helps relocating partners in dual career families make the transition to a new job market. Our partner relocation assistance program provides superior, personalized coaching from knowledgeable, responsive coaches as well as access to CareerCurve’s on-line Job Search Resource Center until the candidate’s partner is resituated
