Our Executive Team

Patricia L. Wagoner, President

Patricia Wagoner has twenty-five years of business experience in both the public and private sectors with an extensive understanding of leadership, operations, sales and marketing.

Patricia started her career in the banking industry where she held various leadership roles. She joined Aim Executive, a national leader in human capital, and grew her expertise in the area of professional search and recruiting. She served as the Vice President of Spherion’s Professional Recruiting Group where she was responsible for full profit and loss in five major markets. Patricia also served as Chief Operating Officer for JobOptions.com, an e-cruitment solutions provider.

Wagoner brings years of consulting experience through her work with client organizations identifying business issues as they relate to human capital needs, emphasizing quality and value.

Patricia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Personnel Consultant. She has also served on the board of directors for Employers Resource Council and is heavily involved in community service activities.

Larry DiPasquale, Vice President

Larry is responsible for business development, client relationships, project management and assisting organizations in creating plans and approaches to changes impacting employees including downsizings, plant/headquarters closures and performance separations.

With over sixteen years of experience in outplacement and career transition support nationally and internationally, he focuses on providing responsive client support of the highest quality. Larry’s extensive experience as a senior level practitioner enables him to clearly understand client needs. His eighteen years in generalist human resource roles have included Corning Glass Works, The Carborundum Company, Kennecott Copper Corporation and British Petroleum.

Larry has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and an MBA from The University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana. He is a past President of Cleveland SHRM and a current member of the Northeast Ohio Human Resource Planning Society.

Dick Dawson, Ph.D., Vice President

Dick Dawson is a seasoned consultant in the Northeast Ohio Career and Human Resource Community and is Vice President of CareerCurve, a leading Career Transition firm. Born in New York City, Dick attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio for BS and MS degrees, and obtained his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri.

Dick has been heavily involved in a wide variety of career management and organizational activities including assessment, organizational development, executive training and education, and outplacement and career design activities. Dick has been an executive with and consultant for two of the world’s leading Career Transition firms, and has directed local, national and international activities for major US and global companies.

Dick has a strong expertise in helping people and organizations survive and even thrive as they experience change. He has also been called upon on numerous occasions to provide support and intervention when crisis either individuals or companies.

Dick is a certified Retirement Coach, and is licensed in the Retirement Success Profile. He also is skilled with Social Styles (Tracom), Benchmarks (Center for Creative Leadership), Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (Human Synergistics) and Sales Effectiveness Analysis (Management Research Group), Crisis Debriefing and many additional instruments and programs.
