Leadership Coaching Model

Our Leadership Coaching Approach uses a 21st century model that is business focused, process driven, transparent, and accountable to deliver measurable goals.

The Leadership Coaching Model is comprised of six clearly defined steps in its process:

  1. Engagement of Participant & Boss
  2. Program Goal Setting and Measurement
  3. Participant Assessment
  4. Plan Development
  5. Plan Implementation, Evaluation, & Modification
  6. Program Completion, Evaluation, & Recommendations

The participant is navigated through each stage of the process by the accomplishment and delivery of the program’s identified milestones.

Our Executive and Leader Coaching programs focus on two areas:

  1. Leadership Development Coaching of key talent, high potentials, newly promoted leaders, and newly hired executives. The focus is developing the participant’s leadership competencies to accelerate performance and results.
  2. Performance & Style Coaching of underperforming executives/leaders or those who have “fit” issues. The focus is helping the participant to change certain behaviors and/or improve skills.

CareerCurve elevates the boss’s role in the coaching program. The boss plays a key role in helping to set the coaching objectives, design the participant’s development plan, and support the participant in realizing the targeted outcomes.

Our approach to coaching is always:

  • client centered
  • safe & confidential
  • customized
  • supportive
  • action oriented
  • results driven
